A practice of mindfulness and of non harm, compassion towards self and others including animals and plants recognizing the oneness of all things.
Although the philosophy of Ka Chi Yoga is a practice of nonviolence, it also follows the rules of naturre regarding defending self and the innocent in situations of injustice or threat of bodily harm.
Ka Chi Yoga is 60 to 90 minutes in duration based on the level of the individual and or class participants. All classes include breathwork and meditation training as well.
