What is a Walking Meditation?

An acto of mindfulness. Every step is a breath and a deliberate and intentional movement. One may notice the physical sensations of walking, like the feeling of your feet on the ground.

Cultivating Mindfulness:

This practice helps to cultivate mindfulness, which is the ability to be fully present and aware of the current moment without judgment. The ability to simply let your thoughts flow where they must, nothing being neither positive or negative and then a return to the breath.

Connecting with Nature:

A walking meditation can foster a deeper connection with nature, as you become more aware of the earth beneath your feet and the surrounding environment.
